Youth Event Services, Inc. raises funding for local nonprofits, as well as hosts benefit shows and toy drives for underprivileged children throughout Washington state. Here at YES, each of us can empathize with or has had a childhood that we can relate to these children with, be it long-term abuse, homelessness and poverty, or life-threatening illness. Our number one goal had always been and will always be doing the right thing for the right reasons. With your help, we will continue our journey of putting a smile on these children’s faces and saving lives with our devoted sponsors.
We do the groundwork. Everything from making the calls, to setting up the events, and everything in between.
TO NAME A FEW:
· Telefundraising – Previous and future supporters
· Mailings – Printing, folding, stuffing, sealing, shipping, and emailing
· Payment processing – Cards, checks, cash, banking, and QuickBooks
· Database Management – Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and coding (HTML/Macro)
· Business Advertisement – Show brochures, website listing, and quarterly newsletters
· Marketing Research – Facebook, SEO, and newsletters
· Graphic Design – Website, invoices, brochures, Facebook, and email
· Employee Recruitment – Proper sales training, selective nationwide hiring process, and upholding group moral standards
· Event Processing – Ticket distribution (organizations/families), hiring entertainment, and scheduling venues
We are specifically looking for happy-go-lucky personality types who have a great attitude and an exceptional work ethic. Our current openings are for those WITH or WITHOUT experience NATIONWIDE. We call throughout Washington with a distribution of over 1.2 million people including thousands of previous supporters This position is currently for telefundraising only!
WE OFFER:

· W2 position with guaranteed hourly rate

HOURS OF OPERATION:

8:30am to 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time (Monday-Friday)
9:30am to 5:00pm Mountain Standard Time (Monday-Friday)
10:30am to 6:00pm Central Standard Time (Monday-Friday)
11:30am to 7:00pm Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday)

REQUIREMENTS: Be legally employable in the United States, possess basic computer skills, have a working bank account, Zelle, a Windows or Mac computer with Microsoft Excel with an active license and Zoom installed, a solid internet connection, and a working webcam and headset.
