Job Description : At Defy Las Vegas our mission is to drive the active entertainment movement! Our staff are the key to this endeavor. Members of our team will always go above and beyond to create memorable moments for each one of our guests and they inspire everyone to participate in the fun that exists at Defy! We believe that as we support our team members and guests we can achieve new heights together! We are looking for amazing individuals with the positive energy and work ethic needed to go and achieve these goals!
ALL employees will assist in:

Maintaining a safe environment: The primary responsibility of a team member is to maintain a safe environment. Team members are required to know and enforce all park safety rules and policies. Team members must remain engaged and focused, particularly while supervising the arena.
Create Memorable Moments: Team members are expected to always treat park guests with respect and to exhibit exceptional customer service to help all guests have an excellent experience. We expect our team members to go above and beyond to make each guests visit special! We want each guest to leave thinking that there is no better place to be than at Defy!
Maintaining a clean environment: Team members are responsible for maintaining a clean park environment by completing assigned daily and weekly janitorial duties. Cleaning is key to the success of our goals! No one is going to have a memorable moment without a clean and maintained environment. We count on our staff to help keep the park extremely clean!
Integrity: We expect our staff to have a high level of integrity and honesty. We are looking for those who will do thing the right way no matter what.

Other Helpful Experience

Sales: Do you enjoy to sell? Can you sell anything? We are always looking for individuals that can help communicate to our guests the best deals we have available.
Cash Control and POS Experience
Birthday Party Host

** Staff must be able to work weekends and holidays.
