POSITION SUMMARY:
The Tray Server Lead will assist in all facets of the tray line, to include food production, safety, and sanitation, assuring all Federal, State and Local codes are being following according to HACCP. Must be able to recognize problems when they are developing and effectively convey these problems to appropriate parties. Ability to communicate effectively and respond to the needs of customers ranging in age from infancy to geriatrics. Able to monitor the schedule and assist in covering call-ins in the absence of the supervisor.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:

High School Diploma or GED
English, math and communication skills acquired through completion of a high school education or equivalent.

Experience:

Must have a minimum of one-year Food Service experience in healthcare setting

License/Certification:

Clark County Food Handlers Card Required
Must be ServSafe Certified

Special Skills:

Must be able to work all positions on the tray line and Diet office positions 2-6
