Job Description : Carson Tahoe Veterinary Hospital is looking to add new members to our receptionist team.We are a fast paced GP and ER located in South Carson City. Receptionist candidates should be professional, adept to multi-tasking, have computer efficiency, and excellent communication skills.Veterinary Receptionist job duties include:
-Scheduling + Confirming Appointments-Phone Communication with Clients-Phone Triage of Emergencies-Use of PACS Software-Reception Lobby Cleaning/Maintenance-Record Processing + Sending-Client + Patient Check-In/Check-Out Procedures-Care Credit Processing-Invoicing, Charging Out, and Billing Procedures
Job Benefits + Details Include:
