Job Description : We are a well established small/animal and exotic practice in Henderson who is looking for an experienced veterinary reception/customer service supervisor. Our receptionist/customer service supervisor is part of the team that is the face of our clinic and we are looking the person who is:
Reliable
Easy going, but strong
Personable
Great communicator
Loves their job
Job duties include, but not limited to
Answering multi phone lines
Greeting clients/patients
Filing
Working with Cornerstone/Windows
Troubleshooting
Cleaning
Scheduling Staff
Customer dispute resolution
Training

THIS POSITION COULD INCLUDE WEEKDAYS, NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS
Experienced required. Cornerstone experience a plus
