Job Description Summary: The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for filling HVAC customer orders in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. Efficiently completes all tasks assigned relative to filling customer orders and ensuring that the correct number and type of product is procured and prepared for the Installation and Service departments. Ensures HVAC supplies are accounted for and reviewed, including ordering, conducting inventory, and fulfilling Job Orders. Ability to understand all aspects of inventory operations within an HVAC warehouse setting. And the ability to work with teams to accomplish all job duties assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Support Warehouse Manager
Ensure Daily Job Orders Completed and Filled
Restocking & Moving HVAC equipment
Ability to work in a warehouse environment, withstanding climate changes
Proper lifting techniques, lift, push, stooping twisting, bending(Able to lift 50-80 lbs.)
A Valid Drivers’ License for Warehouse Runner duties
Use of Scanners/ scanning system – Electronic Inventory
Ensure HVAC equipment matches invoice before loading into HVAC vehicles for Installs/Service
Ensures HVAC equipment is ordered timely and accurately
Efficiently prepares and categorizes Install Customers’ orders
Conducts operations in compliance with OSHA standards Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety
Ensures that the correct number and HVAC product/supplies are prepared for Install Jobs
Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled
Maintains Inventory levels according to prerequisite amounts/Conducts Physical Inventory
Maintains a clean free from debris warehouse floor
Meet company standards for productivity
Ability/Knowledge of and Functionality with PC’s/Laptops/I-Pads (including WORD/EXCEL , Google DOCS and Outlook or GMAIL)
Ability to work weekends and most holidays
Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1-2 years experience of general warehouse labor operation in a fast paced, warehouse environment. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
