About the Job

You will assist Supervisor with daily warehouse responsibilities including: employee organization, ensuring correct processing methods, fulfilling orders to meet shipping needs.
Utilize appropriate reports to identify productivity opportunities.
Monitor associate productivity and provide constructive feedback & coaching.
Download daily orders from SAP into our Warehouse Management System.
You will support non-exempt employees in achieving daily performance requirements.
You will help manage production workflow. Must use warehouse systems to predict and direct workflow and perform computer commands to redirect workflow within warehouse systems.
Ensure errors are corrected without interruption to work flow.

About You

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a warehouse or lead role preferred
