Job Description : Summary
Pick and pack products based on a packing slip, ability to size up products based on size and weight. Receive product from suppliers and count into Inventory. Follow all written and verbal specifications by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Prepares work to be accomplished by studying packing instructions, part specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, packing, and materials.
Able to complete paperwork verifying counts and part accuracy of product shipped to customers.
Prepares shipments for customers.
Receives goods from vendors and accurately accounts for them on required forms or computer programs.
Resolves problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying the supervisor to obtain additional resources.
Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $16.50 per hour
