Job Description : Due to continued business growth, Window World of Reno has an immediate opening for a Lead Installer. If you are a trim carpenter or have experience in installing windows and doors and would like to increase your income, please contact us! The annual income potential is $100,000+.
You will be responsible for leading a 2-3 person crew that will be installing windows and doors in our customers’ homes in northern NV. In addition to technical and practical competence, which is essential, you must have strong leadership, people and organizational skills. You must have initiative and be a problem solver.
You must be able to train and lead your crew to deliver a great customer experience, given that you will be installing products in the customers’ homes for 1-3 days at a time.
You must have a reliable vehicle, trailer and tools. All window, door and ancillary materials to complete every job will be provided by the company.
