Job Description : Residential Treatment Facility Hiring Direct Care Staff to work with youth aged 8-17
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available, must be over 21 and able to pass a background and drug check
Full-Time staff works a two-day on, two days off schedule 8 am-11 pm. Part-time staff fill in and pick up full days when available.
Full-time staff start at $37,600/year with benefits
A company shuttle will transport you to Amargosa where the facility is located. Free staff accommodations between working days. All meals provided
Direct Care staff (Youth Mentors) assist youth through their daily routines and help them learn new skills to address emotional and behavioral issues.
No experience? No problem- we will train you!!! The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, patience, a good sense of teamwork, and the ability to hold a strong structure.”Pay Frequency:

Bi-weekly or Twice monthly

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $41,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
