ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR DETAILS:

Position is to oversee general operations for curriculum and
assessment in the Department of Pre clinical Education in the College
of Osteopathic Medicine.

Data collection and analysis
Develop and manage multiple databases
Ensure implementation of institutional policies and practices.
Organize meetings/events and maintain agenda(s)
Prepare paperwork for activities/events and order office and
meeting materials/supplies.

Manage communications through phone, email, and in-person
High proficiency with the MS Office Suite of products, including MS
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook

Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and efficient.
proofing, editing, and drafting documents
Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting
Knowledge and understanding of accreditation processes and
associated documentation.

ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

Microsoft office, word, excel, outlook, and teams.
Associates degree or equivalent experience
3 years of general clerical experience
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
