Job Description : We are looking for a unique individual that wants to be challenged and learn new things. The perfect candidate enjoys problem solving and has strong communication skills to aggressively tackle the task at hand.There are two roles to fill in this one fulltime job. One as the corporate office assistant working on a small team to manage day to day operations supporting all of our stores and brands. The other is assistant to the CEO doing research, project management and a wide variety of tasks that are constantly changing and growing to needs of the corporation as a whole.Job Requirements:Must be able to work at a fast pace, be self motivated and result driven. Must have strong organizational skills and time management. Must be able to write and respond professionally to email correspondence and reviews.Office assistant or management experience is preferred. Social Media, Google Ad management, experience with a CRM program is a plus but not required.Job duties include but are not limited to:Ordering and receiving product orders. In house billing and general office duties. Answer phones and scheduling. Managing social media accounts and corporate office emails. Project management. Research on new ideas.This is a job that is fun and exciting and everyday there is something new.Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Farmington, MI 48336: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: One location
