Position : APARTMENT MANAGER (ONSITE) FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY

Job Description : WORK FROM HOME! Property management company seeks an outgoing and ambitious couple (one spouse can hold outside employment or school schedule) to live onsite and manage 196 unit apartment community located at Hillrise Apartments, 6895 South 2385 East in Cottonwood Heights, UT. Compensation includes rent-free 2 bedroom apartment, utilities, salary, and leasing bonuses.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Available onsite during reasonable office hours
Post online ads
Handle inquiries about vacancies
Screen applicants
Show and lease apartments
Collect rents and fees
Assist tenants / enforce apartment policies
Assign repair requests
Oversee cleaning staff

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent people and organizational skills
Customer service or sales experience a plus
Professional appearance
Min. 1-year commitment desired
No cleaning or maintenance required
Ideal for stay at home parent with working spouse
