Perform routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, aircraft systems, equipment, and accessories using manual operations.
Demonstrate an interest in personal learning and development.
Seek feedback from multiple sources about how to improve and develop; modify behavior based on feedback or self-analysis of past mistakes.
Take steps to develop and maintain the knowledge, skill, and ability to perform.

Due to facility requirements, only U.S. Citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
Cimarron employees are required to follow federal, state, and local laws regarding COVID-19 practices, as well as customer requirements.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
1 or more years of experience using hand tools and/or hand-held power tools.
1 or more years of experience working with precision measuring tools (torque wrenches, scales, etc.)
1 or more years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures.
High School diploma or equivalent and 1 or more years of experience, or Vocational School and/or Associate degree.
