Job Description : Fat Fish Sushi Bar is a lively, exciting restaurant and bar. We are looking for an Assistant FOH Manager to operate our restaurant on a day to day basis. As a front line manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations and supporting front of house staff. This will include keeping track of inventory, managing schedules, and ensuring side work is accomplished on a regular basis.
Requirements:

You know the business.
You have two plus years of recent retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience.
You are a team player.
You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in to help your Team.
You champion your team and ensure that they have all the tools to be successful.
We are willing to invest in training the right candidate if you are a good fit for us.

** Must be able to work the weekends **
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
