Job description

The electric bike industry is booming, and Magnum is paving the way to the top. If you’re passionate about sales, forging new connections, and working in the outdoor industry, then look no further. We are seeking a highly motivated sales expert that has a passion for cycling, testing new product, and strives for perfection.

Magnum Bikes B2B Sales Manager will work closely with our B2B Sales Director to oversee new and current business with Universities, Couriers, Corporate Campuses, Big Box Retailers, and Hospitality and Rental businesses. You will take the lead in world-class customer service and establish long-term customer relationships through authentic communication.

We are looking to fill 4 B2B Sales Associates positions to correspond with the following U.S. regional breakdown:

North- West
North-East
South-West
South-East

This assignment is a full-time position available immediately, is remote, and does not require physical proximity to our headquarters in SLC, UT.

Pay commensurate with experience, commission per sale.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage the sales pipeline and source leads in a timely manner
Ability to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers.
Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
Meet customer requirements by being responsive, organized and communicative
Contribute to team effort by providing forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information on our B2B customers.
Making outbound/inbound calls with the ability to cold call/ qualify sales leads and close the deal/ upsell our product
Develop and deliver authentic and honest communication to ensure we are connecting with distributors in the most genuine way possible.
Researching competitors to better negotiate and sell inventory.
Learn the components and capabilities of our bikes, scooters, and ebike industry

Qualifications and Skills

2+ years experience in B2B Sales [Required]
Executive level negotiation experience
Ability to work in a team setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Willing to travel
Outdoor enthusiast
Bike industry experience preferred
Knowledge or ability to learn the technical aspects of electric road and mountain bikes
Understanding of bike fit, bike builds, accessories, and soft goods
Sales or account management experience required
High School diploma or GED required, Bachelors Preferred, MBA a benefit
