Position : B2B Sales Development Representative
Job Description : Own conversations with external companies and business partners (B2B) for SEI Bootcamp Initiatives and Growth.
The selected applicant for this position may be required to work onsite and attend onsite or offsite meetings and events. As such, the selected applicant must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment. Proof of vaccination will be required during background check, no later than 1 week prior to the start date. We will consider requests for exception from this requirement under our process for disability accommodation or religious exemption.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Generate sales by securing new institutional partnerships with SEI Bootcamp’s suite of products and offerings that aligns with employer partner initiatives.
New account acquisition through multiple prospecting activities including cold outreach, referrals, and qualified leads provided by internal teams and stakeholders.
Support alumni connections with partnered employers and create/augment opportunities for employers to work with the alumni community.
Strategically develop, pursue and close opportunities with employers for the SEI Bootcamp Grad through several channels (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.).
Create and Present plans / pipeline to leadership effectively and succinctly.
Develop and update strategic sourcing efforts for employer partners in various regions of the US.
Negotiate agreement terms with employer clients, secure a commitment and signature and effectively transition the client through the implementation phase to ensure long-term partnership success.
Meet or exceed expected quota and other key performance goals including new client acquisition, renewal rate, etc.
Represent SEI Bootcamps at conferences or events and client locations as required.
Manage relationships with existing employers to increase employer experience.
Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of partnership strategies, etc.).
Build and actively maintain records and data in Salesforce.
Create Energy with employer partners to collaborate with and support the SEI Bootcamps brand.
Collaborate with and support Outcomes Team members and other colleagues daily.
Build strong Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce.
Job Skills:
Experience in Staffing and Recruiting Industry a plus.
Strong negotiation skills required.
Work Experience:
Sourcing new partner leads.
Owning and creating an above-average partner experience.
Conducting market research to increase and influence strategic response and decision-making.
Prior B2B experience is required.
Must be familiar with the Salesforce CRM environment.
Experience innovating and collaborating/communicating with internal leadership and stakeholders.
Experience in Talent Acquisition or Education is a plus.
Education:
From an accredited institution; Bachelor’s degree required.
Other:
Must be able to travel 10% of the time.
Must be able to lift 75lbs.
Typical office setting.
Mobility within the office including movement from floor to floor.
Travel via plane, car, and metro may be required to perform this job.
Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant
Access information using a computer.
Effectively communicate, both up and down the management chain.
Effectively cope with stressful situations
Strong mental acuity
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.
