POSITION SUMMARY Bussers will provide the highest quality guest experience through supporting the flow of dining room and support of severs and bartenders. Busser will be responsible for keeping tables clean and ready for the next step of service. They will keep waters full and communicate any guest needs directly to servers, bartenders and managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet guests, welcome them into our spacePresent professionalism at all times in manor and appearance, relating to HH Dress and Grooming standardsPerform shift opening checklist and prepare dining room for serviceAttends pre-service and stays current with restaurant knowledge through continued trainingMaintain water levels throughout serviceMaintain cleanliness of server/busser stations, polishing areas and dining roomEnsure tables are cleared and ready for next course; remove anything and everything that is no longer being usedBring used dishes and silver to dish pit, sort and stack dishes, put silver in soaking binHelp maintain overall dining room cleanliness from opening to closingAdhere to sanitation and safety policiesCoordinate and communicate proactively with all positionsProactively communicate with Host team regarding resetting tables and flow of dining roomPromptly communicate with server regarding requests from guestsAssist with polishing glassware and silverwareWhen guests depart, promptly clean, reset and straighten tables. Check floor and spot sweep if necessaryComplete closing duty checklist. Support other staff in any other tasks that require completion or are asked by Manager

Ability to carry 50 pounds, demonstrating single-hand tray service proficiency
