About the Job
We are looking for Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in India. As a Campus Recruiter, You will have to act as our liaison with colleges, universities and help us recruit students and fresh graduates in our Indian markets. You will manage all aspects of full life-cycle recruiting for positions in attracting fresh talents from the universities and other sources through events, advertising campaigns, career fairs, interviewing candidates etc. If you have a passion for identifying top talent for an innovative, growth-oriented company, we’d love to talk with you!
Responsibilities
Engaging with Universities in India and creating students database for full time and internships opening with Nielsen IQ
Identifying fresh talents using creative and innovative recruiting techniques.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, universities and the business.
Partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify and understand key requirements, then build a comprehensive recruiting strategy
Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and more
Proactive high-level sourcing, such as Linkedin Recruiter, networking events, and Boolean searches, and finding passive candidates through multifaceted internet searches and networking
Managing the recruitment process and applicant flow in our Application Tracking System
Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders on diversity initiatives and attracting a diverse candidate slate
About You
Highly motivated, self-directed, pro-active & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
Resourceful, inquisitive and excited about new technologies
Generates ideas for improvements, Doing things differently, constructively challenge status quo
Collaborative, passionate about being part of a high-performing team, and willing to support special projects or initiatives as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resource, business administrations, psychology or equivalent.
Experience in handling Campus recruitment would be a plus.
Experience finding passive candidates through creative means
Excellent communication skills, including writing and speaking in English
Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment
Self-motivation, strong time management and organizational skills
