Job Description : Mint Carpet Cleaning is looking for new carpet cleaning technicians to join our growing team!
No previous experience is necessary, no specific education requirements. All training is provided on the job, to help you learn a new trade! As a carpet cleaning technician you will operate company vehicles and equipment, and provide cleaning services to both residential and commercial customers. Our services include (but are not limited to): carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, air duct cleaning.

Carpet cleaning technicians are paid fully on a commission basis (once training is complete). Commission rates start at 20%, and typically pay much higher than an hourly rate. This allows you to earn more money based on your ability to please customers, work hard, and provide quality services. Carpet cleaning technicians are expected to make between $60,000-$100,000 a year.

Requirements:
– 18+ years old
– Clean driving record
– No criminal history
– Hard worker
– Communicative/people skills
– Physically able to lift at least 50 lbs
