We are currently seeking a client-centric, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our Client Success Team. The Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships within assigned accounts ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and recognition of ROI, leading to strong renewals and growth opportunities. The CSM will own the entire client lifecycle and will work closely with our Sales, Deployment, Engineering, Marketing, Product and Intelligence teams to ensure continued success with our platform and services.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of Enterprise account management and/or Customer Success, maintaining high client renewal rates as a result of ongoing client engagement, project management, technical leadership, and outstanding communication skills.

SaaS Account management experience in IT, Cyber-security and/or information security consulting
Strong understanding of best practices relevant to retaining and growing accounts within a personal portfolio while mitigating risk.
Strong empathy for clients AND interest in revenue and growth.
Experience interfacing with the C-Suite on critical business objectives
Proven ability to maintain highly valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diverse client account base
Outstanding organization and task management skills across a varied set of responsibilities
Passion for working for a mission driven organization and a desire to deeply understand Strider benefits, use cases, and technical elements
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to articulate Strider’s capabilities and value proposition to a variety of levels within an organization
Ability to build credibility and trust by understanding and addressing client requirements
Experience facilitating onsite client visits for the purpose of onboarding/training and/or continuing and expanding the business relationship
Must work well within a team environment.
Previous sales experience a plus.

What You Will Do:

Perform initial on-boarding of Strider clients, ensuring strong adoption and ongoing engagement throughout the client’s lifetime
Execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy that proactively maintains high client satisfaction
Serve as the Strider subject matter expert, providing guidance and addressing challenges on work/ project management and collaboration to clients
Perform periodic client success reviews or QBRs that confirm satisfaction, resolve issues with the help of other internal teams, and expand Strider use throughout the account
Develop tools, processes, and best practices to ensure clients are realizing the greatest possible value from their Strider Membership
Track usage patterns to gain insights, provide guidance and increase client satisfaction
Serve as the primary interface to manage and resolve any critical situations
Work closely with the Sales, Engineering and Product teams to share customer insights that inform additional product and service sales opportunities
Provide expert client insight to Product Management, Marketing, Engineering & Intelligence, and Sales, on what innovation and continuous improvement is needed in the user experience, product capabilities and features, and client engagement processes that ensure rapid adoption, usage velocity, high renewal and referral rates in our client base
Exceed all performance targets, including maintaining high renewal rates
Develop and execute on account strategies for assigned accounts, while collaborating with other internal teams to deliver positive outcomes for clients
Build trust and create meaningful relationships among champions and key Executives within each account.
Ensure each client understands the ROI and value that Strider delivers to their business through virtual or on-site QBR’s and Executive Business Reviews to each client that align to client/Strider partnership business goals and objectives.
Identify and forecast risk as well as growth opportunities within portfolio
Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on client needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
