Concessions Staff – must be at least 16 years or older to qualify.
Concessions Grill Staff: $12.56/hour

Responsible for daily food preparation in the Crazy Creek Café, Fire Line Grill, and Home Plate Grill.
Responsible for safely operating deep fryers and flattop grills.
Responsible for taking food orders and accepting payment at all concession sites as needed.
Responsible for maintaining quality and production standards on all menu items.
Responsible for portion control and proper cooking temperatures of all products served by utilizing portion cups, spoons, and thermometers.
Responsible for morning prep service such as making burger patties, sauces, and other grill items.
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions by following ServSafe guidelines.
Responsible for keeping eating areas cleaned, sanitized and free from debris, including the removal of trash.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Concessions Shift Leader I and II: $13.26 – $13.92/hour

Responsible for leading a staff of Cooks and Cashiers at the Crazy Creek Café, Fireline Grill, and Home Plate Grill.
Responsible for ensuring that daily food preparation needs are met, delegating food preparation tasks to cooks.
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the concessions facility and adjacent eating areas.
Responsible for ensuring all daily opening and closing checklists are complete.
Must be able to create a positive work environment; provide open communication, including daily interaction, information sharing, and quality customer service.
Must exhibit abilities to work in a team environment and demonstrate leadership qualities.
Maintain preset staffing levels based on amount of business as directed by the Food and Beverage Coordinator.
Responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions following Servsafe guidelines and ensuring other staff are as well.
Keep a fast and efficient line speed by expediting orders.
Responsible for receiving and properly putting away food deliveries.
Responsible for keeping employees on task while multitasking various duties.
As a captain, you may also assist in interviews, employee orientation and initial training of new hires, including scheduling, and help conduct employee evaluations.
As a captain, you must be able to perform all the duties of every position below you in concessions and attend regularly scheduled meetings with the other captains and the Food and Beverage Coordinator.
Other duties as assigned

Concessions Coordinator: $15.71/hour

Work closely with Food and Beverage Coordinator to ensure that concessions facilities are operating efficiently.
Responsible for assisting with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of all concession personnel.
Responsible for assisting with employee training.
Responsible for placing food orders as needed.
Responsible for conducting staff meetings and assisting with employee evaluations.
Must be able to work all positions in the concessions facilities as needed.
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all concessions facilities.Will assign deep cleaning projects to employees as needed.
Will assist with creating new menu items and specials.
Will assist with managing inventory.
Responsible for ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met in all concessions facilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
