Job Description : The Brush Creek Ranch Luxury Collection (located in Saratoga, Wyoming) is consistently recognized as a top luxury ranch and resort in the US! We’re currently looking for a full-time concierge who is friendly, outgoing, detail oriented and had previous customer service experience.
The concierge team will assist guest with any special request including reservations and hotel information while providing excellent guest service.
Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent credential
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong conflict resolution skills
Proficient in Windows XP and Microsoft Office software applications such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience with reservation system such as HMS, and/or Synxis is preferred
Minimum typing skill of 35+ wpm
Must have ability to courteously present information to people in one-on-one and group situations
