The Vivint recruiting department is looking to add a Recruiter to work on our corporate recruiting team. This recruiter will work on Innovation, IT, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operation roles. This is NOT your typical corporate recruiting position where you just post positions and wait for candidates to apply. In this role, you will be expected to partner with hiring managers and go out and find the best talent in the market and recruit them to Vivint.
This Recruiter will drive strategies for candidate sourcing and closing. The candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close positions against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to deliver on customer needs. We are looking for someone who is exceptional at headhunting passive candidates, customer management, organization, have an ability to prioritize their time, a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service. Vivint is an innovative, fast-paced environment, and this recruiter must be able to work hard, have fun, and get the job done.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with hiring teams and managing the full life cycle of recruiting top talent, including workforce planning, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, negotiating, offering, and on-boarding.
Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and understand their motivation.
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of corporate and or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
