Job Description : AufgabenThis is a generalist position supporting Corporate Security at Daimler Truck with Regional and International Operations, Financial Administration, Project Management, System Administration, Investigations, Communication and Reporting. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with business acumen and an interest in growing in the specialty field of Corporate Security.ResponsibilitiesCorporate Security Operations:Oversee all CS Processes/Procedures. Ensure documents exist and are updated as needed.Review and assist with development of Crisis Management Plans for identified business partners; ensure they comply with policy; track updates, activation and tabletop exercises.Administrator for the Case/Incident Management system.Investigations support including scheduling, interviews and document management.Organize department events, meetings and scheduling. Document and distribute agendas and meeting minutes and track action items.Maintain and report action items from business processes including the CS Annual Review, Site Assessments, Security Concepts, Audit items, CS Project List, OPT Strategic Bets etc.Maintain CS Social Intranet to ensure business and team has access to relevant information.Manage CS Communication including creation and distribution of CS information in conjunction with OPT Communications.Coordinate research, record, and report CS KPIs and metrics for statistical analysis, planning and management reporting at all levels.Manage regional and international security projects and participate in projects as needed.Financial AdministrationBudget Planning and MaintenancePR/PO and SLA Creation/OversightMonthly review of actuals, look for errors, compare to plan, drill down for more information and identify cost saving opportunities.Combine DTNA and DVCM budget figures into NA view and prepare monthly summary.Review security spending corporate wide, analyze results, identify cost savings opportunities and reportDirect oversight:Share Drives, SharePoint, Server PermissionsRecords RetentionCS ContractsVendor OrganizationBasic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business and/or SecurityMust be able to:Work flexible hoursTravel domesticallyTravel internationally occasionallyWork Holidays when required / scheduledWork weekends when required / scheduledTypical Minimum Experience Preferred (Desired Skills/Experience)Detail Oriented and AnalyticAbility to independently and quickly determine the best course of actionMake decisions in compliance with existing laws/policies and in the company’s best interestWork with business partners to achieve common goalsKnowledge of business principles such as planning, resource allocation, and processes.Knowledge of budget management.Knowledge of project management.The fully trained individual must develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of:Company Policies & ProceduresCompany Mission, Goals & VisionDepartmental practices/procedures and how they apply to business partners and customersInterdepartmental relationships and their effect on company, department and individual goalsSoftware that is applicable to the job.
