Customer Moves Specialist
Moving is hard. Remembering to move your Vivint Smart Home System in the chaos can be even harder. As a Customer Moves Specialist, you are responsible for helping each customer build their ‘dream package’ and protect their homes. It will be your job to understand what the customer needs and guide them down the path that benefits them and the business the most while making it affordable and realistic for each and every customer. In addition to protecting families and homes, you will be responsible for helping customers save money in other areas. These revenue-generating initiatives are at the core of helping us retain our customers and will benefit the customer in a variety of ways. All in all, we expect our Moves specialists to help in creating a seamless process that is Hassle-Free for each and every customer.
Training: Paid, Mandatory Training
Starting Rate: $15.00/hr
We want you to grow with us! Potential to make up to $17/hr within your first year.
Unlimited Commissions: Specialists average between $200-$400 in commissions each month with no limit on earning.

Essential Function/Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from Vivint Smart Home customers & employees
Assist customers who are looking to move, or who want to transfer their system to another individual.
Understand our home automation/alarm system well enough to effectively help customers resolve concerns and extend services.
Correct errors, and make necessary adjustments to customer contract obligations.
Be an advocate for our customers, creating peace of mind
Provide personalized solutions
Accurately document and update records in required systems
Generate customer interest by outlining the value in the services & products we offer
Build customer loyalty through exceptional customer service
As you help customers move their Vivint system, you will have a high level of focus on sales and generating revenue while balancing an amazing customer experience.
What Will Make You Successful
Creating a Hassle-Free Moves Process for each customer
Upselling and Upgrading Customers to best equipment in the industry.
Creating Value by offering revenue-generating initiatives that keep customers.
Computer Savvy (Ex. 35+ WPM, ability to navigate different/new software).
Reliability. Showing up for your customers every day.
Conflict Management skills and composure.
Thinking Critically and collaborating when you need help
Minimum Requirements:
Be able to commute to our Logan office.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah (paid for by Vivint)
