The Vivos Method an advanced therapeutic protocol used by highly trained, independent dentists in cooperation with their medical colleagues.
Vivos Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Manager.
The Customer Service Manager possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. This position will be responsible for the onboarding, mentoring and developing of newly hired customer service employees as well as for the day-to-day workflow.
The Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager include:
Being a resource for trainees and current team members. Resolving concerns or questions regarding policies and process enhancements.
Upholding the quality, accuracy, and standard of customer service delivered by the team
Training and developing new customer service representatives to be proficient with Customer interaction, protocols, and processes along with preparing them for future projects.
Responsibility for monitoring team productivity by managing team member schedules, PTO, and other concerns.
Identifying and developing enhancements to streamline department processes.
Working with the team on projects that bring innovation and enhancements to the teamwork flow, compliance, systems.
Working closely with the leadership of the department and help with administrative tasks as needed.

Exceptional attention to detail
Strong proficiencies with Customer Relationship Management software, help desk related software, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Highly resourceful team player with the ability to be extremely effective independently, reliability and time management is a must.
Optimistically adaptable and flexible; able to handle various competing demands
Ability to motivate and communicate with others in a team and interpersonal setting
. Requirements:
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
High School/Equivalent plus 1+ year(s) of customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong Word and Excel skills.
Dental or healthcare experience is a plus
Min. 1 year Management experience including training and mentoring a team
Dental or healthcare admin experience is a plus
Understanding of regulatory processes is a plus
