Position : Customer Service Rep – Financial Aid
Job Description : Lincoln Tech’s Corporate Office in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Financial Aid team of professionals. You would be assisting prospective students and their parents in completing financial aid paperwork. You would support Lincoln’s Financial Aid Call Center by providing support to prospective students, in order for them to complete their application process.
Responsibilities
Schedule student appointments using calendar systems
Make telephone calls to families, providing in-depth information about Lincoln Tech’s application process.
Seek telephonic confirmations of Financial Aid appointments
Fallow up on missing paperwork
Answer telephone queries about Financial Aid
Assist with call campaigns and other Departmental initiatives
Reports to the corporate Director Financial Aid.
Requirements:
Skills & Experience
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced setting
Communicate effectively with employees and managers of the organization
Maintain organized and detail oriented files
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Have outstanding follow-up skills
Bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish – a plus!
Preferred
Financial Aid or Customer Service experience
