Job Description : Office Manager, Customer Service, Scheduler All Guard Pest Control is looking for a full-time office manager. Must be highly motivated, organized, with great communication skills.
Must Have
-Be able to work Monday-Friday with a few Saturdays
-Great Phone skills
-Great Computer skills
-Highly Motivated without supervision
-Diagnose and solve problems
-Billing
-Scheduling
-Organized
-Complete task
-Have an eagerness to learn
Not required but a plus
-QuickBooks, data entry, bookkeeping skills
-Run Social Media Accounts
-Able to speak Spanish
-Creative Marketer
-Experience
Must be able to come in and work from Office in Payson 1-2 days a week, you will be able to work from home the other days
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 – $18.00 per hour
