Position : Customer Success Associate
Job Description : Badger Maps is a route planning software for field salespeople that dramatically improves operations through route optimization, smart scheduling, CRM integration, and other cool features!
Badger Maps is currently expanding operations rapidly, and we are seeking talented individuals to take part in our Customer Success team! The Badger Maps community consists of a group of highly supportive coaches and we value the long-lasting mentorship relationships built within and across our teams. At Badger Maps, you will receive in-depth training and feedback in Customer Success within an international environment that will allow you to gain valuable tech-startup experience.
Part coach, project manager, consultant and product expert, our Badger Maps Customer Success Associates are continually focused on helping our customers improve their team efficiency and time management with Badger Maps.
Responsibilities
Manage relations and satisfaction for some of our medium to enterprise-level teams.
Work closely with customers to discover their business needs and challenges, coach them on the best ways to use Badger Maps, and guide them through integration implementation when needed.
Partner with Badger Maps’ Account Executives by providing input for prospective and existing customers, and help close deals.
Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers’ needs first.
Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on Badger Maps’ best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient.
Follow up regularly to maintain high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.
Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing/PR teams to provide input for product needs and advocate for customers.
Craft customer onboarding assets, adapt existing customer onboarding assets, and work with product marketing to refine existing and create new onboarding assets.
Help drive customer references and case studies.
Retain existing customers with strategic renewal campaigns.
Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs/concerns on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role or account management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred experience with CRMs and CRM integrations
Preferred advanced/Proficient in Excel
Experience with Zapier is a plus
Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
Creative problem solver.
Tech-savvy
Consistent track record of highly-professional customer interactions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
