Job Description : Job Summary:
As the Data Analyst you will play a key role in conducting analysis, identifying trends and increasing insights to help drive process improvements and business decisions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Create and implement data management collection techniques.
Perform in-depth analysis on a variety of different topics
Build data models that improve insights and decision making.
Maintain data documentation and definitions
Design, implement and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and various other platforms (Salesforce, web-based business intelligence platforms, etc.)
Collaborate and partner with departments company-wide to provide meaningful insights and solutions
Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency, implementing and conducting data validation techniques as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
High level of comfort in creating reports and dashboards
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to be gather requirements and document processes while coordinating with cross-departmental teams
Education and Experience:
4+ years’ experience in consulting, strategy, finance or similar analytics role, using SQL and other reporting platforms to analyze and disseminate data.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Proven experience managing projects across a broad range of work.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, twist and lean up to 90% of the time
May be seated for long periods of time utilizing office equipment and lift up to 30 lbs
