As a Product Designer you will be responsible for designing delightful digital and mobile experiences for our users.

The successful candidate will have the skills and experience to effectively plan and lead cross-functional teams and customers in collaborative CX UI /UX design activities dealing with complex applications and challenges. You will be detail oriented, focused on delivering high quality deliverables, have a passion for the field of product design, and possess customer empathy with a drive to create outstanding customer experiences.

The ideal Digital Experience Product Designer candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:

Generate design concepts that are anchored in research insights, subject knowledge, technology requirements, and business goals

Employ design thinking methods to uncover insights that help inform design decisions

Apply mobile first design principles to create outstanding mobile applications

Translate user needs, style guides, and requirements into elegant solutions for complex problems Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

Creating rapid prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders and customers

Create visual designs and screen specs aligned with our design system

Develop a deep understanding of our users and their needs in collaboration with UX researchers

Uncover and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business and technical partners

Collaborate with researchers, business analysts, product managers, developers and others on research activities, strategy sessions, ideation, design, and testing of new product concepts

Stay abreast of user experience trends and looking for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds

Leverage analytics tools to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making

Education/Experience, Skill and Abilities

Passionate about designing great experiences for users

Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Behavioral Science or Experience Design or equivalent experience

1-2+ years of user experience (UX) or interaction design experience with demonstrated progress in levels of responsibility; experience with responsive mobile web design and UI frameworks that incorporate strong grid principles

Portfolio reflecting key aspects of experience

Robust knowledge of user experience (UX) or interaction design, responsive mobile and web design and UI frameworks

Working knowledge of wireframe tools and design software

Analytical skills with ability to understand and solve problems

Good judgement and communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to effectively sell an idea and tell a user-centered story

Understanding of information design/architecture, gestalt principles and user psychology

Proficient in graphic design, motion graphics, digital art, a sensitivity to typography, color, layout and a general awareness of materials/textures

Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus

Knowledge of design software such as Figma, Adobe, Photoshop, XD is a plus

A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
