Job Description : What Youâll Do:

Diversified Insurance, a division of IMA Inc., is seeking a Director of Pharmacy. As a Director of Pharmacy, you will manage a team and grow a department in our new pharmacy program.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to lead and manage people.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
Ability and initiative to work independently or as a team member.
Ability to problem solve.
Strong time management skills.
Customer satisfaction focused.
You Should Have::

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Current Pharmacy license.
2 years pharmacy experience or equivalent healthcare experience.

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid is an option with 3 days in the office required
