Position : Dispute Intake Representative
Job Description : Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday
Pay: $17.50 – $21.50/hr. Depending on experience.
Bonus: $500 after 3 months of employment & $500 more after 6 months of employment = $1,000 bonus (Must start work before April 30, 2022)
The experience you need to succeed:
One to three years similar or related experience.
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
A good working knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Be proficient with business machinery and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
What you’ll do:
Customer Service – assist members/branches/departments with dispute intake which include but not limited to: Dispute intake, write-up, processing, and misc. items. This includes answering questions and responding to phone calls (inbound & outbound), emails, service events, and misc. follow-up items.
Ensure compliance with the rules and regulations governing disputes.
Process and review merchant documents regarding responses from chargeback submission.
Provide additional information, review, and respond to requests from dispute processors.
Back up to Processor Representatives as needed.
Back up to dispute close out processes as needed.
Backup support to Card Services and Fraud team phone calls as needed.
Complete department projects as assigned.

The person in this position will receive and process incoming ATM/ITM, Card, and ACH disputes. This position will also receive and handle incoming and outgoing member and staff phone calls/emails pertaining to disputes.
