Position : Estimator/Customer Service Associate

Job Description : POSITION SUMMARY: Sales Associate/Estimator (SAE) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. The SAE is the primary contact for customers inquiring about turnkey installations and responsible for providing residential and commercial installation estimates, and will follow up with clients in an effort to close sales leading to successful contracts and ultimately a successful artificial grass installation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:1. Measure, draw and calculate estimates using basic tools and mathematic principals.2. Develop, present and follow-up on installation proposals to customers.3. Calculate square and linear footage, area, circumference, volume, percentages, and discounts.4. Review and confirm contract details, work scope, design, install method (premium vs basic), products, and completion timelines for projects. Communicate these details to all project stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.5. Process invoices and accept payment from customers and contractors.6. Answer telephones greet customers in person and over the phone7. Ability to travel by truck or car to appointments8. Maintains consistent attendance at store during business hours and available by cell phone.9. Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
