Job Description : We Are Hiring:
Join our Ascension Central Foundations as a full time Event Planner.
This is a full time position that will require some evenings and weekends but offers flexibility to work partially remote within SE Michigan.

What You Will Do:
Coordinate all aspects of planning events for the organization.
Coordinate all amenities and accommodations at events, as well as any associated contract negotiations.
Maintain events calendar and records.
Implement efforts to publicize and promote events.
Conduct post-event evaluations. Adhere to event budgets and maintain financial information.
What You Will Need:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Additional Preferences:
Associates Degree preferred.
Previous event planning experience.
Strong proficiency with computers and working in multiple database platforms.
