Job Description : Executive Director – Utah
Strategic:

Work with our development director to initiate and develop relationships with a broad range of community sectors including: family foundations & clubs, non-profit & business organizations and corporate & private donors
Fortify relationships with existing partners and donors
Improve the visibility and awareness of the EyeCre 4 Kids mission in Utah
Represent the organization on appropriate committees, networks and joint projects
Develop our personnel and keep them focused on the goals of the organization
Oversee the training and rollout of OfficeMate and ExamWriter
Implement effective controls to enhance operational efficiency
Clearly communicate to every employee in your purview their role in carrying out the goals of EyeCare 4 Kids
Commit to raise $300,000 from new donation sources in 2022

Tactical:

Work closely with our clinic manager to operate the physical and mobile clinics effectively and efficiently
Oversee the scheduling of our Mobile Vision Clinic to work with community groups, School Districts, communities, community clubs and strategic philanthropic organizations
Maintain and submit bi-weekly and monthly payroll records of hours for each employee and the doctors
Follow and maintain accurate accounting of services for the physical and mobile clinics
Monitor programs and services to ensure consistency with criteria established by funding sources and the mission and goals of the organization
Prepare and provide monthly, quarterly and annual summary reports of program services for submission to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors
Maintain appropriate city and county permits/registration for the operation of the corporation and the physical & mobile clinics
Work with the Executive Committee to define and track key performance metrics for each clinic
Closely collaborate with our Finance Manager and Treasurer to ensure the organization’s financial activities are properly and accurately recorded
Own the annual operating budget for Utah

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
