Job Description : Position Info:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Bridge Investment Group is a highly visible, trusted team producing actionable insights relied upon by executives and business leaders firmwide. We partner with the heads of every department to produce accurate and timely reporting, budgets, forecasts, sensitivity and stress testing, and other as-needed analyses. FP&A is integral to business strategy, analyzing new ventures and acquisitions, and modeling of economic scenarios.

We are seeking a Jr./Sr. Financial Analyst to assist with corporate financial reporting and analysis. Candidates should understand financial statement preparation and analysis, have had exposure of some kind and an interest in real estate investing and/or private equity, and demonstrate strong problem-solving acumen. Most financial concepts can be coached, but passion and adaptability needed for long-term success will come from you.

Responsibilities

Maintain, enhance, and create detailed fund models for capturing historical asset and fund-level performance, forecasting operational performance, and calculate key metrics.
Maintain and enhance detailed asset performance schedules and other fund-level data, and drive streamlining and automation of processes where possible.
Drive and facilitate ongoing reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for corporate fund managers including actual vs budget variance analysis. Coordinate between fund accounting and corporate accounting to facilitate fund manager reporting.
Assist with annual and quarterly budgeting and reporting for fund managers and various corporate departments within Bridge. Assist with annual Limited Partner packages.
Deliver accurate and timely ad-hoc analyses and reporting to various groups including the board and executive team and develop cohesive narratives in communicating results.
Assist the Client Solutions Group with investor due diligence.
Qualifications:

BS or BBA and 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, particularly in private equity or financial services, real estate, or related field, or an MS Finance or MBA with concentration in finance.
Strong MS Excel proficiency required, VBA and/or SQL preferred.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet multiple deadlines, being able to take on projects independently or work well collaboratively.
Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas both written and orally to senior leadership
Ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time.
Experience with Adaptive Insights and/or Geneva portfolio software a plus.
