Job Description : Position Description:
Documenting Gentran EDI maps for each customer within the application.Converting the transformation and scripts into business language.Record and translate the script formulas to business language.Standardize the maps to one specific document format.Identify one to one mapping for each field within the scripts.Experience in EDI, preferably using GENTRAN.Experience working with EDI transactions such as 850 purchase orders, 856 advanced shipping notices, and 810 invoices.Ability to work with internal partners, customers, and warehouses on the end to end order to cash process.Experience onboarding customers to an EDI landscape from the Vendor’s point of view.Ability to understand basic scripts and translate them to business language.Understanding of the order to cash process in the B2B landscape.Experience reading EDI maps in GENTRAN using GENTRAN DIRECTOR.Ability to disassemble custom scripts, read/understand variables and counters, and document script looping sequences.
