Golf Product Customer Service Specialist –

We are actively seeking candidates who can create world class customer experience through several communication channels (phone, livechat, email). Immediate need and quick direct hire process.
Our golf product specialists love golf, and enjoying sharing their knowledge and expertise with others!

What we offer!
Flexibility! We offer flexible working hours between 7am- 5pm Monday – Friday and 8am – 4pm Saturday. Periodically, there may be occasional hours on Sundays for administrative work. Ability to work remotely may be available after on-site training.

Do you have what it takes?
Our successful candidates have a passion for sharing their knowledge of golf products, equipment and brands while cultivating long-term customer relationships. They bring to the table their successful work experience in customer service, and can quickly establish rapport with the customer while utilizing excellent customer service skills and golf knowledge to provide a professional and insightful customer experience. In addition to assisting with general inquiries, other service needs may be order placement, order status, payments, refunds, products returns/exchanges or warranty questions.
Additional skills or experience needed to be successful:

Experience utilizing Point of Sale (POS) and /or order management and phone queue systems
Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
Ability to effectively communicate with Global Value Commerce customers as well as internal management.
Conceptual understanding of the Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces and online shopping experiences.
