Job Description : Leading Quality Asset Management (LQAM) is a luxury property management and vacation rental company based in Park City, UT. Our team is growing and we are looking for housekeepers to join us! Housekeepers are required to clean homes following our protocols and using the correct supplies at all times. A keen eye for detail is required, as well as the ability to work independently and as a part of a team. LQAM offers competitive wages and an environment of growth and development!
What you’ll do
· Embody the mission and values of LQAM
· Adhere to LQAM policies and procedures
· Clean and tidy properties including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, entryways, and hallways
· Dust and polish various surfaces and furniture
· Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
· Deep clean appliances
· Empty trash bins
· Change linens and towels and replace toiletries
· Report any issues requiring maintenance
· Collaborate with the housekeeping team and maintain positive working relationships across departments
· Additional duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager
What you’ll bring
· Desire to pursue the details
· Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed
· Professional in all forms of communication including emails, phone calls, and texts
· Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
· Ability to work well in an agile, fast-paced environment
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
· Highly responsive and reliable
· Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
· Physical stamina for being on your feet throughout shifts
· Reach overhead and below the waist
· Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
· Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
· Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
· Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 per hour
