Job Description : We’re currently recruiting for an HR Manager for our client, located in St George, Utah! This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Generalist who is looking to make a positive impact and move into an HR Management role. Our client offers an extremely generous relocation package based on a percentage on the starting salary, starting at $100,000/year. Additional compensation includes Health/Dental/Vision insurance, PTO, 401k, Tuition Reimbursement, Wellness programs, and up to 3% annual bonus.
Responsibilities Include:

Administers various human resource policies for site including the administration of attendance and disciplinary policies ensuring consistency within location.
Acts as employee advocate and mediator with employee relations concerns and handles human resources legal issues as required.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducts investigations; maintains records; represents the organization at hearings.
Participates in employee disciplinary and/or counseling issues with supervision as necessary; reviews any disciplinary documentation as it may apply.
Manages performance review process and ensures employee training is inclusive of any competency development plans.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

Must have experience in a Manufacturing Plant
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource related field, M.S. degree is a plus
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
Demonstrated leadership abilities partnering with business leaders in a fast-paced changing operations environment
Knowledge of HR labor and employment law, and the ability to interpret, apply and articulate this knowledge in support of business initiatives
Demonstrated ability to present, influence, negotiate and effectively coach managers and supervisors to use the company best practices
