Responsibilities of the Inbound Call Center CSR:

Receiving inbound calls
Answer questions and inquiries pertaining to warranty claims
Work to say “yes” to customers and their warranty needs
Provide a professional and personal service in all customer interactions

Requirements of the Inbound Call Center CSR:

At least 1 year call center/inbound and outbound experience
Team player
A drive to help people
Top-notch communication skills
Implement feedback and set goals
High School Diploma / GED
