Position : Inbound Customer Service Representative: Onsite and Remote
Job Description : We’re looking for an amazing customer service agent to join our team!! If you’re passionate about customer service and you want to sharpen your skills further, this is your opportunity! We provide support for industry-leading vehicle navigation systems via inbound phone calls and email.
Pay starts at $14.50 per hour for our 2-week training program at our office in Orem, Utah, and then increases to $15.00 per hour after training. Once you’re a real pro (typically about 2 weeks after training), you can work from home! We’ll provide all the equipment, although you’ll need your own reliable home internet.

Customer Service Representative Duties:
Provide support via inbound phone calls and email
Add detailed records of calls (Salesforce)
Use the help database to provide product information to interested inbound customers
Become familiar with and answer customer questions about map updates
Place orders for customers (no upselling necessary)
Keep our customers’ sensitive information private and secure
Answer customers’ order questions and assist with returns
Use the help database to assist customers with installing map updates
Use the information in the database to troubleshoot issues when necessary

Requirements:
Previous customer service experience
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Can type 30 words per minute
Proven oral and written communication skills

Positive attitude and customer oriented!
Able to sit at a desk for 8-hour shift
