We’re looking to hire a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our call center team! In this position, you will be working as an integral part of our call center team and frontline positive representation of the company. To be successful in this role you are someone who is able to build rapport with your customers quickly, are a good listener, have the ability to sell and have a passion for what you are selling, with a strong appetite to continually improve and truly care about your customers’ success.
*What you’ll be doing: *

Answering inbound calls from customers, and making outbound calls to warm sales leads
Educating on product benefits and identifying sales opportunities
Listening to the customer to understand their needs and helping choose the right product(s) for their goals
Placing orders/closing sales and achieving sales targets
Upselling/cross-selling products and monthly subscriptions
Answering customer questions and following up via email, if/when needed
Staying informed about current products and promotional offers
Being a positive company representative and helping build sustainable customer relationships and trust

Qualifications:

Utah based – must live in the state of Utah
At least 1-2 years former sales and/or collections experience
Skilled in providing an excellent customer experience
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Friendly personality with a positive/upbeat tone of voice
Goal driven and enjoys friendly competition
Flexible, dependable, and professional
Proactive, responsible team player
Ability to achieve sales targets
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite & CRM software is a plus
Highschool diploma/GED
