Job Description : PARSONS BEHLE & LATIMER has an immediate opening for a full-time IT Service Desk Analyst position in our Salt Lake City, Utah office.
Responsibilities:
Offer support and technical assistance to employees who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems and need help completing tasks or troubleshooting problems through diagnostic tests and remote access to the45,00ir computers.
Requirements:

1-3 years’ experience on a high-volume desk.
Experience with Microsoft Office including advanced knowledge of Word.
Must be a team player with great customer service skills.
Law firm/legal experience a plus.
