Job Description : Job Title: IT Service Desk
Department: IT
Reports To: IT Manager
Pay Scale: $20 – $23 per hour (plus awesome benefits)
Experience: Experience in an IT Service Desk position or related experience or education
Summary
Provide support to end users on a variety of computer issues. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems. Respond to phone calls, text, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Document, track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Responsibilities

Manage and maintain day-to-day end user device support such as laptops, desktops, printers, iPads, etc…
Set up new computers with basic software needs.
Collaborate with other IT employees regarding troubleshooting, analyzing problems and researching solutions as needed
Installing and maintaining Windows 10
Be available 24/7 by phone, text, and email

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

Must be an able troubleshooter
Willing to help on projects that may seem out of scope for helpdesk
Basic computer maintenance, patching, firmware, etc.
O365, including Teams
Willingness to keep work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations (5S)
Ability to manage time, prioritize projects and multi-task effectively
Must be able to use a ladder, carry 50+ lbs,
