Responsibilities
· Use work order for specifications on how specific tasks are to be performed
· Use appropriate drawings to assemble parts and/or products
· Read and understand blueprints/drawings/schematics
· Checks stock for adequate supplies, picks parts and follows proper procedures for shortages
· Assure that tools used in department process are properly adjusted and maintained
· Ability to work with hand, air, and electric power tools
· Meet daily housekeeping requirements
· Understand and practice Jetway quality policies and procedures
· Understand and carry out all required tasks in the assigned area
· Ability to move to an available classified position once necessary skills are developed
· Perform specific duties as assigned in the department
Qualifications
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
· Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16″
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
· Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
· May be required to obtain any of the following licenses: forklift, and overhead crane license
Pay
$18.80-$19.80 per hour
Schedule
Shifts Include:
6:00AM To 2:00PM
6:30AM to 2:30PM
2:00PM to 10:00PM
2:30PM to 10:30PM
