Position : Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club – Lead Outside Service Attendant
Job Description : Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club in Park City, UT is looking to fill all Player Service positions. These positions are part-time with 20-40 hours available. Looking for responsible and motivated candidates who are serious about providing quality service.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Lead Outside Service Attendant ensures cart barn and staging operations run efficiently. Prepares and stocks golf carts while providing a high level of customer service to members and their guests. Leads team of outside service attendants.
Qualifications and Skills
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Stages carts for daily play.
Prepares carts for members use; stocks and maintains carts before and after each use.
Greets members and assists members and guests with the loading of their golf clubs on the cart.
Trains new outside service attendants on standard operating procedures, sanitation, and service requirements.
Answers attendant questions regarding customer inquiries or requests. Resolves complaints.
Acts as a liaison between Pro Shop staff and outside service attendants to ensure timely and appropriate communication of service.
Cleans golf clubs and returns clubs to bag room.
Assists with the maintenance of the driving range; picks up range balls and cleans them; ensures ball containers are filled.
Provides additional support to other areas of the course as needed.
Prepares stored member clubs for play based on tee sheet,
Cleans and maintains organization of bag storage area.
Ensures clean and well organized cart staging, storage and bag room areas.
Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.
Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.
Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.
Job Type: Seasonal, must be at least 18 years of age, must have a valid driver’s license. Shifts may include weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings
Salary: Starting at $14.00 per hour
