Position : Land Acquisition & Development Specialist
Job Description : Kartchner Homes is seeking a full-time Land Acquisition & Development Specialist to work in our Logan, UT Office. The successful candidate must possess a positive attitude, possess a strong work ethic, have great communication skills, and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
*Key Responsibilities & Attributes for Success: *
Work closely with the Land Acquisition & Development Manager
Contract Administration
Assist in submitting plans to City or County agencies
Distribution and review of department documents (sequence sheets, development schedules, plans, lot exhibits, phasing maps, etc.)
Data entry of project information
Assist in coordinating building plan submissions with consultants
Process bond requests
Assist with budget updates and invoice approval
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
1-2 years related experience
Organized, resourceful, honest, detail-oriented, with a focus on customer service
Excel knowledge
Real Estate knowledge is a plus
Critical thinker to help analyze construction performance and land acquisition
